Bonner-West Riverside, MT
The weather looks great, and we’re floating the Clarkfork. If you’re around and want to relax on the water please join us. The float will last around three hours depending on water levels. Tubes, blowup rafts, canoes, whatever you like. We have a collection of inner-tubes that we’ll bring for use to the put-in - if you need one please make sure we know you are floating. Beers, sodas, anything but glass is welcome on the river and we will have netted bags that can be tied to the tubes to keep your drinks cold.
We get off of the river downtown, so you may want to bring a swimsuit cover-up. We will have a dry bag on the river, or we’ll have tons of space in the cars parked at the take-out if you want to coordinate putting something in there prior to the float.
Once you turn on Tamarack Road, you should see cars parked along the side. Find a parking spot and walk down towards the river to the put-in. We’ll have a few cars parked at the take-out (Caras Park downtown) so we can get back to cars at the put-in but feel free to coordinate more.
